About Me
I have a diverse background working in the healing arts for over a decade. I have spent time as a wilderness therapist with adolescents, I've worked in treatment centers specializing in substance abuse and medication withdrawal. I have been a bodyworker for 10 years and was part of the core faculty at Arizona School of Integrative Studies teaching in the massage program. All of these endeavors deeply influence my work as a psychotherapist. Through my own personal and familial experience, I feel compelled to dedicate my life's work to support people who long for change, growth, joy, and something more.
I am passionate about social justice and dedicated to playing a role in creating a more just and equitable world for all people, as well as for the environment. When I am not working, I love spending time in nature, surfing, biking, and connecting.
