About Me

I have a diverse background working in the healing arts for over a decade. I have spent time as a wilderness therapist with adolescents, I've worked in treatment centers specializing in substance abuse and medication withdrawal. I have been a bodyworker for 10 years and was part of core faculty at Arizona School of Integrative Studies teaching in the massage program. All of these endeavors deeply influence my work as a psychotherapist. Through my own personal and familial experience, I feel compelled to dedicate my life's work to support people who long for change, growth, joy, and something more...

I am passionate about social justice and dedicated to playing a role in creating a more just and equitable world for all people, as well as for the environment. When I am not working, I love spending time in nature, surfing, biking, eating, cooking, and being with my wonderful partner and our sweet dog.

I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars.
I started listening to the teaching of my Soul.
