Multidisciplinary approach

Insight alone isn't enough to create lasting change. While understanding the root of your struggles is important, true transformation happens through new experiences—experiences that shift how you see yourself, others, and the world. Lasting change comes from not just talking, but integrating these experiences into how you live and relate.

I draw from a blend of evidence-based approaches that support insight, build practical skills, and facilitate both cognitive and embodied change.

Orientations I integrate— Psychodynamics, IFS, Somatics, Mindfulness, CBT/DBT, Attachment Theory, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emotional-Focused Therapy (EFT), Systems Theory, contemporary relational psychoanalytic theory, and trauma informed practices. My work is also informed by the latest neuroscience research.
